Review & Investigation
We review logs, TXT records, and relevant fixtures/teams. If we need more info, we’ll contact you.
Resolution (≤ 30 days)
We’ll communicate the outcome and actions taken. If more time is needed, we’ll send periodic updates.

- Your username and registered email

- Fixture/match reference (if relevant)
- Clear description with dates/times and screenshots (if available)
- For security issues: do not share your password/secret key; just describe the problem
