We’ll reply to confirm receipt and assign a case reference.

Review & Investigation

We review logs, TXT records, and relevant fixtures/teams. If we need more info, we’ll contact you.

Resolution (≤ 30 days)

We’ll communicate the outcome and actions taken. If more time is needed, we’ll send periodic updates.

  • Your username and registered email
  • Category (Account, Scoring, Fair Play, Privacy, Abuse, Accessibility, Other)
  • Fixture/match reference (if relevant)
  • Clear description with dates/times and screenshots (if available)
  • For security issues: do not share your password/secret key; just describe the problem
